This piece deals with the term Force Majeure (State of Emergency). Based on a conversation with an elderly transvestite about a dose of physical abuse she exposed herself to in a parking lot, a well known cruising place. Usually she visits these places and ties herself up, but this time something went wrong and she was no longer in control of the situation. Whether the incident counts as assault or not is a bit of legal gray area. The film consists of animated text and sound. An object was created based on the measurements from a picnic table playing an important part in the text.
